Nayaab ships across India and to select international destinations, carrying each piece from our ateliers to your doorstep with the same care given to its making.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer; we will keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Domestic orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and typically arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. A tracking link will be shared once your order ships.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days of dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Nayaab has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Confirmation and Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Per our Refund Policy, any issue with your order must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery completion.

Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, misrouted, or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, please contact us at nayaabethnics.store@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the matter.
