Refund Policy

At Nayaab, every kurta reaches you inspected, packed, and prepared as if for a ceremony of its own. We ask that you receive it with the same care.

Pre-Shipment Documentation

Every piece is photographed and its condition recorded prior to dispatch, confirming it left our facility in full, unworn, sellable condition. This record is retained and referenced in the event of any dispute.

Inspection Window

All orders — domestic and international — must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any concern regarding size, damage, defect, or a wrong item received must be reported to us within 30 minutes of delivery completion (as marked by our courier partner), along with photographic or video evidence of the unopened package and the item.

No Refunds or Exchanges After the Inspection Window

Once 30 minutes have passed from the moment delivery is marked complete, the order is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind — including for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, colour variation, or personal preference — after this window has closed. This policy applies equally to every order, whether shipped within India or internationally.

Reporting an Issue Within the Window

To report an issue within the 30-minute window, email us at nayaabethnics.store@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photographs or a video of the unopened parcel. Our team will review your claim against our pre-shipment record and share next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect item has been shipped, this too must be reported within the 30-minute inspection window above, with evidence attached, for us to process a resolution.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or used, regardless of when the issue is reported. Claims that conflict with our pre-shipment photographic record will not be honoured.

Approved Refunds

In the rare instance a refund is approved under this policy, please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original method of payment.
